HOW TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL AND SAFE PROM

First thing is that whether young people are attending a junior prom or a senior prom these following recommendations will ensure a successful and memorable time in their lives. Be organized and start taking notes months in advance and get your attire early so that any alterations can be done as soon as possible therefor ensuring no undue stress at the last minute.

The first thing is of course the attire.

For the boys the proper attire is a Tuxedo or a black tie suit with a pronounced tie. For the young ladies a formal traditional dress is a must. To complete the formal look they need not only the proper shoes but also the perfect jewelry such as bridal earrings and a matching glittery necklace accompanied by a stunning evening bag. The young men need a boutonniere and the young ladies need a lovely corsage. A limo is not necessary but it adds a touch of glamor to the whole affair and sharing the cost with friends makes this affordable.

On the day of the prom all young ladies need to get their hair done by a good stylist. Next the nails are also important so some time and energy should be put into having them professionally done. Today in order to demonstrate their own personality many young opt for less traditional forms of attire.
A parent will have a together for all the young adults since this is a great way to have all pictures taken at once. The young people need a small camera that will fit into an evening bag in order to take their own pictures of all their friends at the prom.

Safety is uppermost.

Once at the prom everyone needs to make the most of this special night in their lives so having fun should not be difficult. Dancing and laughing are essential.
The appropriate attire is essential to all formal gatherings but young people need to keep in mind that drinking and driving is so not cool.

The Power and Influence of Stardom

It can be said that without a doubt many celebrities inspire us and for many different reasons. Certain moments in history are a factor when considering whom and how they inspire and influence a society. The list of those who where given the honour and the exciting undertaking of influencing certain societies is very long. What they have in common: they all have to be in the right spot at the right time. For example a certain politician who has achieved a certain notoriety, a singer who has moved a wide expanse of the population, an actor/actress, such as James Dean or Marilyn Monroe, a certain scientist, or just a simple devoted teacher can influence many.

One such category that is captivating is certain cartoons characters. They are in their own way leading figures and they can have a great impact on their fans as well as society. Without having any knowledge of how the cartoon industry functions, one such character that is very captivating is Betty Boop.

Betty Boop was created by Fleischer Studios in 1930 and this era was a great time for jazz music. It is very easy to recognize the Jazz influence of this character. Betty Boop's character and the innocence of her facial expressions, the sex appeal that she evoked at the time that she was created all helped to influence an era. She is certainly the sexiest cartoon character created even to this day. Betty Boop is a good example of how society can at any given time influence authors on the creation of any of their characters. The character of Betty Boop was originally created in the form of a dog and by 1932 the dog was transformed into the star that we know and which in turn gave us the world's first female cartoon celebrity. Her legendary baby face, little girl voice, her independent ways and feminine charms proved to be a powerful argument in becoming the star of her own series.

Betty Boop was especially appreciated in Europe and the same applies to Jazz. Both were equally loved by the same audiences. The Japanese are known to be some of Betty Boops biggest fans. Notorious personality Jean-Paul Sartre who won The Nobel Prize in Literature in 1964 allegedly would search all of Paris for Betty's films. Betty Boop enjoyed a resurrection in the 1970's and her popularity soared even more when some early Fleischer cartoons were restored. Betty Boop is one of a handful of legendary interesting female stars that is still an icon and a celebrity even after 80 years, quite an accomplishment for a cartoon character. She has captured the imagination of many generations since she was first created. To this day she has many fans; her fan clubs are very much alive and her memorabilia are very popular and in demand. You can find her on many items such as fashion handbags.

Whether we are fans of cartoons in general or just fans of Betty Boop one can definitely say that she is very intriguing. The inspiration of this character is definitely not of serious nature obviously, but she does bring a smile on our face and reminds us of a time when life was simpler. She became a star by doing it her way and she never took herself too seriously.

In conclusion one could state that she represents many women throughout the word and that she can be considered a true feminine champion. For more info visit us today at Otraditionhandbag.com
